NFA Transfer fees are $100 (Suppressors and SBRs), plus a $40 fingerprinting fee (one time fee), and the transfer fee is to be paid after the Form 4 is approved/disapproved. Once the form 4 is approved, we will contact the customer to let them know. Current Turn around for Form 4s is roughly 1-4 Weeks on average. Approval is required to hold NFA items until January. If you send us an NFA item without approval, with intention to delay filing, you will be charged a $200 NFA Transfer fee.
In the package with the suppressor, we require the following:
Name of Customer
Copy of your FFL, regardless if we have received from you before.
Copy of the Form 3.
IF THIS FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT, the NFA Transfer fee (Suppressors and SBRs) will be $150.
Destructive Devices and Machine Guns are $250 NFA transfer fee.
