TRANSFERS

We happily accept transfers that are legal in the state of TX. FFL requests can be sent to info@laterallimits.com.

Firearms that are transferred must be picked up with 14 days. Anything after that incurs a $5 per day fee. After 45 days your firearm is considered forfeit. Once additional fees are incurred, the waving of the transfer fee is no longer an option. Unless, of course, extenuating circumstance prevent you from picking it up. This must be approved by Lateral Limits staff. Price for transfer is $40 for all long guns, handguns, and frames. LEO, Veteran, Active Military, with ID is $25. However, we do wave the transfer fee if you spend $50 in the store! The $50 does exclude the purchase of ammunition.

Any transfers of more than 4 serialized items must be approved by our staff.

Effective Immediately,  we will no longer accept Belt Fed firearms as transfers. Orders containing these items will be rejected.

“IN CARE OF” Packages:

We must be notified ahead of time for an incoming “In Care of” packages, and the owner of the package must provide us with tracking info, and come in with a Valid ID.

If we are notified of the incoming package, and the package is picked up in less than 2 weeks, the charge is $20.

If we are not notified, or the owner takes longer than 2 weeks to pick up the package, the charge is $200.

If you get a denial on your background check, and the item must be returned, you will be charged a $25 convenience fee, plus any shipping cost if not provided by seller
